This week we learned that our dear friend, Elizabeth Mitchell, has passed away. Elizabeth was a faithful friend and supporter of SICM; we could count on her warm smile and cheerful voice every year when we gathered at the castle in Whitby, ON. Elizabeth served on the Board of Directors as Secretary, carefully taking minutes by hand, checking her notes against the zoom audio recording and distributing them in quick fashion to the Board – always thorough and accurate. I know that each Board member is deeply saddened, and we send our sincere condolences to Elizabeth’s family and friends.
